About this Cocktail

Nice autumn cocktail. Spice the honey syrup with cinnamon, star anise, & allspice.

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz spiced honey syrup
  • 2 dashes Bitterman's Boston Bittahs
Preparation:

Heat 1:1 mixture of honey & water with cinnamon sticks, star anise, & allspice. Let sit overnight & then strain.

Shake all ingredients & strain into highball glass containing a single large ice cube.
