About this Cocktail

Named after the Sigil of the Lanister's this festive oak aged delight is built for a royal palate. As always our aged drinks are quaffable before and after oak hits them.

Ingredients:
  • 1 oz Mellow Corn Whiskey or young whiskey
  • .75 oz Lairds Jersey Lightning White Apple Brandy
  • .75 Pommeau
  • .50 Barenjager
Preparation:

Batch up large version of this drink and age in barrel or in glass with oak chips or staves for 6 weeks +. Or just mix one fresh by adding ingredients to mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into coupe or over the rocks. Orange oil will brighten up the nose.
