2 oz 1800 Blanco Tequila
1/2 oz Ruby Red Grapefruit
1/2 oz Orange 🍊 Juice
1/2 oz Freshly Squeezed Lime
Pinch of Pink Himalayan Salt
1/2 Simple Syrup
3 oz club soda + 1/4 oz Giffard Pamplemousse Liqueur
Salt (pink if you have it) or Tajin the rim
📝 My spouse doesn’t like Tajin, so the cocktail is pictured naked.
Combine the first six ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until chilled.
Into a chilled cocktail/wine glass which you’ve already salted the rim, strain the shaker contents over fresh ice.
Pour the the soda/Pamplemousse (3 3/4oz) blend over cocktail and add ice if needed. If you want a lime wedge/wheel can be used to garnish further.
