About this Cocktail
Originally crafted by Phillip Guichet at Tujague's Restaurant (est. 1856) in New Orleans, just before Prohibition in the very creative year of 1919. A sweet, delicious, minty dessert of a drink.
1 oz. green CrÃ¨me de menthe
1 oz. white CrÃ¨me de cacao
0.25 oz. brandy
1 oz. light cream
Place all ingredients except brandy into a cocktail shaker and shake until well mixed and chilled. Strain into chilled martini glass and float with the brandy.
