About this Cocktail

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 oz old Tom gin (I used Barr Hill)
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 3 dashes celery bitters
  • 6 basil leaves
  • Dash egg white
Preparation:

Muddle basil in simple syrup. Add all ingredients, shake with ice, double strain into chilled coupe.
