About this Cocktail

1 1/2 oz old Tom gin (I used Barr Hill)
1 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
3 dashes celery bitters
6 basil leaves
Dash egg white
Muddle basil in simple syrup. Add all ingredients, shake with ice, double strain into chilled coupe.
