Unfortunate name, but delicious drink. Follows the palate of the negroni -- gin, sweet vermouth, amaro -- but this has a very different character.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz dry gin
1 1/2 oz sweet vermouth
Fernet rinse
Orange peel
Preparation:
Rinse cocktail glass with Fernet and toss out most but not all of it. Stir the remaining ingredients until chilled, and strain into the rinsed glass. Finish with an orange twist.
