About this Cocktail

An odd and unique drink, rounding out my recent tour the the Savoy Cocktail book. The mint does a great job sort of binding the gin and vermouth, and just a bit of salt from the olive. Best in the book so far!

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz. london dry gin (prob great w/ Plymouth too)
  • 1 oz. italian (sweet) vermouth
  • Splash of Absinthe
Preparation:

Recipe calls for a shake, I stirred ingredients, strain and pour into cocktail glass lined with 2 mint leaves. Stuffed olive garnish.
