About this Cocktail
An odd and unique drink, from the Savoy Cocktail book. The mint does a great job sort of binding the gin and vermouth, and just a bit of salt from the olive. Best in the book so far!
2 oz. London dry gin (prob great with Plymouth too)
1 oz. Italian (sweet) vermouth
Splash of absinthe
Recipe calls for a shake, I stirred. Strain and serve up, coupe glass. Garnish with two mint leaves and an olive.
