Originally a long drink with hot rooibos tea, presented here in all its old fashioned glory.
1 oz Bourbon
1 oz Irish whiskey (preferably Redbreast)
1 barspoon (1/2 tsp) Islay Scotch
1 tsp Grade B maple syrup
2 dashes Bitters
1 cinnamon stick, as garnish
