10 Fresh Mint leaves
3 Dashes Tansy Tincture
¾ oz Green Tea Lime Cordial
¾ oz Lime Juice
¾ oz Pineapple Juice
¼ oz Yellow Chartreuse
½ oz Suntory Toki Japanese Whiskey
1½ oz Hibiscus-Infused Shochu
Fresh nutmeg, grated for garnish
Lightly muddle mint leaves with juice and cordial in shaker tin. Add all ingredients and ice, shake, then fine strain into a chilled punch glass with an ice nugget. Grate fresh nutmeg over the top for garnish.

*Green Tea Lime Cordial:
8 oz water
2 cups Sugar
6 Tsp Lime zest
2 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Citric Acid
1½ Tbsp Mountain Rose Spring Green Tea
Bring water to boil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add tea and reduce heat. Let steep for 10-15 minutes. Strain out tea leaves, return to saucepan, add sugar, lime zest, lime juice, and citric acid. Stir frequently until sugar and citric acid are completely dissolved. Let cool at room temperature, bottle and refrigerate. It should keep refrigerated for 3-4 weeks.
1 TBS Dried Tansy leaves
Mix Everclear and Tansy in an airtight container for 72 hours. Strain and mix with water. Bottle, label and store at room temperature. Makes 8.5 ounces.
