About this Cocktail

So I could have my own thing. Also good for a substitution of a rinse, especially if you filter it and put it in an atomizer (like this: https://www.specialtybottle.com/glass-bottles/blue-boston-rounds/4oz-atomizer-brb4ab)

Ingredients:
  • 150 g whole calamansi, well washed (10 - 15 calamansi)
  • 230 ml 153 proof grain alcohol
Preparation:

Put fruit in a pint size mason jar and muddle the crap out of them. Add grain alcohol to bring up to the highest fill line of the mason jar (about 230 ml). Cap and shake the crap out of the jar. Let sit in a cool, dark place for a couple of weeks to a year. Filter and place in an atomizer. Spritz into a glass as a substitute for rinsing.
