About this Cocktail

Off our B-side Winter Menu we have a Hot Buttered Rum. When doing some research on this drink I realized it originated in Colonial New England and was a way for folks to warm up and drink some rum in the winter. molasses was being imported from the West Indies and rum distilling was happening in New England. For those skeptical about this drink, just try it. It's damn delicious!
