About this Cocktail

Original for Trattoria Piatto, Carlisle PA

Ingredients:
  • Small chunk of fresh Ginger
  • .5 oz House made simple syrup
  • .25 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • .25 oz Aperol
  • .25 oz Camomilla
  • 1.5 oz Cocchi Americano
  • 1 Hop bud
  • Splash of soda
Preparation:

Muddle ginger with lemon and syrup in shaker.

Add Aperol, Camomilla, and Cocchi. Shake like a bad tail, double-strain neat into lowball. Add splash of soda. Gently fan out the leaves on the hop nugget. Gently drop into drink'a surface and torch leaves with a culinary torch.
