Original for Trattoria Piatto, Carlisle PA
.5 oz Fresh lime
.5 oz Prosecco Syrup
.75 oz Contratto
~ 1" Strip of Lemongrass
1.5 oz Bombay Sapphire Gin
3 c Prosecco
~.75 c Sugar
Start reducing Prosecco over high heat, gradually stir in sugar and reduce by 3/4.
Combine all ingredients in shaker, add ice, shake vigorously. Pour all into Collins glass. Garnish with Lemon ribbon.
