It's chilly and raining here in Brooklyn. Perfect inspiration for this Hot Toddy

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Ceylon Black Tea infused Bombay Dry Gin*
  • 3/4 oz Domaine de Canton
  • 3/4 oz Honey Syrup
  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 3-4 oz Hot Water
  • Lemon Wheel
  • Cinnamon Stick
Preparation:

Combine Gin, Domaine de Canton, Honey and Lemon Juice in tin. Stir then add to Mug. Top with Hot Water. Lemon Wheel and Cinnamon Stick garnish.

*Ceylon Black Tea infused Bombay Dry Gin: add 4 tablespoons of loose tea to 1 bottle of 750ml Bombay Dry Tea. Shake and let sit for two hours. Strain.
