Had an improved cherry coke drink at Belcampo Meats. It had no coca-cola. It was Atlantico reserva, Smith & Cross rum, Combier cherry roi, Maurin, Averna, acid phosphate, sour cherry & whiskey barrel aged bitters. Below is my closest guess at ratios and such and taking some small liberties to use the bottles at my disposal. Tastes great.
1 oz. santa teresa rum
1/2oz smith and cross rum
1/2 oz. Averna
1/2oz maurin quina
1/2oz cherry heering
2 dash fee brothers old fashioned bitters
2 dashes acid phosphate
2 dashes miracle mile sour cherry bitters
1 luxardo cherrry
Stir on ice and double strain into a nick and nora glass, garnish with 3 cherries on a pick.
