About this Cocktail
My attempt at a recipe from Brandon Herring/Dan Stone. Turned out boozy and refreshing.
2.5 ounces of whiskey (used custom mix of Japanese whiskeys)
1/2 ounce lime juice
1/2 ounce lemon juice
1 ounce of simple syrup
1 tsp. honey
3 dashes Angostura
1 egg white
Shake all ingredients with one large ice chunk, pour over rocks. Lemon wedge garnish.
