About this Cocktail

My cocktail submission for CUESA's Art in the Modern Drink event

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz Sipsmith London Dry Gin
  • .5 oz Grand Poppy Liqueur
  • .5 oz Reduced Forbidden Fruit Marmalade
  • .5 oz Calamondin Juice
  • Splash seltzer
Preparation:

Garnish: Broken sugar glass candy, sprinkled with juniper berries, orange & lemons peels

Forbidden Fruit Marmalade: Made by Friends In Cheese Jam Co. (Santa Cruz). Tangarine & grapefruit with notes of vanilla & red chill flakes. This marmalade was reduced with lavender water.
