Named for the great Mexican musician/actor/crooner Pedro Infante who died in 1957, this is a luscious drink that sits on the line of sour and Margarita. Had I researched further I would’ve gone with the original addition of 3 drops of orange flower water in lieu of the orange bitters and would have used freshly ground nutmeg as garnish as the mariachis would remember it.
Add all ingredients into a shaker and add ice.
Shake well for 10+ seconds until well chilled.
Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish.
