Intake on the classic Expresso Martini.
Using Gin instead of Vodka and Irish Cream instead of Kahlua Cofee Liquor.
I added the Amaretto for a wintery flavour.
25ml Irish Cream
A sprinkle of Cinnamon powder (optional)
In the shaker, with ice. Strain and pour directly in the glass.
The top should be creamy and dense like a Cappuccino.
You can garnish the cream on the top with a bit cacao powder.
