Delicious! I love the Amoretto mixed with Vodka – with the cream it almost becomes a dessert! (Do not check the calories labelling !!!) For history ... This cocktail was first called a “black Russian,” Probably because of the vodka in the original recipe, then when cream was added to the beverage, the “black” changed to “white”. The cocktail has been called that since the 1940s.
25ml Bailey Cream
1Tsp of Heavy Cream
Shake hard the Heavy Cream with the Bailey and a few ice cubes. Pour the cream on top of the ice in the whiskey glass of the Vodka/Amoretto mix.
