About this Cocktail

The wife made made a batch of half green tea, half rose hip/hibiscus tea sun tea this afternoon. Which reminded me of the jar of very strong rose-hip/hibiscus infused vodka* in the bar. I decided to use both. This came out GREAT. Gonna make it for her when she gets back from the store. (*this is accomplished by simply steeping rose-hip/hibiscus yea bags in vodka)

  • 1oz vodka
  • .5oz rose-hip/hibiscus infused vodka
  • .5oz St. Elder (or St. Germain if you aren't on a budget)
  • .5oz cocchi americano
  • .5oz lemon juice
  • .5oz rose hip/hibsicus/green tea
  • .25oz Aperol
  • .25oz agave nectar (a rich honey syrup might be even better)
  • 2dashes creole bitters

All ingredients into shaker. Fill shaker with ice. shake, shake, shake. Strain into chilled glass.
