Enjoyed this drink on a Saturday drive with my wife, top off of the Jeep! Stopped in Macaroni Grill, where a very nice bartender named Dustin shared this drink with us. He said most people send the drink back because it is not sugary like the "usual" mojito. To which I responded "you are doing the drink right"! This drink is very tasty, and NOT full of sugar!
6 mint leaves
1 oz light rum (OLO silver rum)
2 lime wheels/wedges
1/4 oz agave nectar
1/2 oz Campari
Tear mint leaves, place in highball glass with rum, lime wheels, agave nectar, and Campari. Muddle ingredients. Add desired ice to glass, and fill to top with Prosecco! Enjoy!!
