My wife challenged me to use fresh mango in a drink. This drink is complex in proper tiki fashion.
Infused tequila: Add a quarter cup of cocoa nibs to a mason jar with 8oz of tequila and let sit for about 5 days in the dark. Strain well.
Mango puree: In a food processor add 1 peeled/pitted mango, 1.5tbs sugar and 1tsp lemon juice until smooth.
Shake all ingredients. Double strain into a coup.
