About this Cocktail

Created by Frankie at Copper Common in Salt Lake City, Utah. Light and smooth. Sotol is a cousin of tequila and mescal made from the Desert Spoon. It is very popular in Northern Mexico and is the state drink of Chihuahua.

Ingredients:
  • 1 oz Sotol
  • 1/2 oz Zaya Gran Reserva 12 rum
  • 1/2 oz Dry Curaçao
  • 3/4 oz Dolin Rouge
Preparation:

Stir, and put in a coupe. Orange swath.
