About this Cocktail

Originally invented at the Kuala Lumpur Hilton in 1978, refined by Giuseppe Gonzalez of Painkiller and now served at Milk & Honey NYC. I've dialled down the pineapple even more for a great short drink. A really delicious bittered tiki variation.

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz. Blackstrap rum (cruzan)
  • .75 oz. Campari
  • .5 oz. pineapple juice
  • .5 oz. lime juice
  • .5 oz. simple syrup
Preparation:

Shake and strain over a big cube of ice.

Enjoy! For the record, the Painkiller version has 1.5 oz. of pineapple, if you want to try that variation.
