About this Cocktail

from Brad Thomas Parsons' Amaro

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz black rum
  • 1.5 oz pineapple juice
  • 0.75 oz Campari
  • 0.5 oz lime juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • Garnish: pineapple chunk or lime slice
Preparation:

Combine ingredients (except garnish) in shaker filled with ice. Shake until chilled and strain into double old fashioned glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with pineapple chunk or lime slice
