About this Cocktail
A Drink for my Bars Whiskey Wednesday.
35ml Starward Australian whisky
10ml Lemon juice
15ml Grapefruit juice
20ml homemade spiced pineapple syrup
50ml Ginger ale
2 dashes of Celery bitters
Shake all ingredients and strain into a Tankard. Top with Ginger ale and add cubed and crushed ice.
Garnish with a Dehydrated Grapefruit slice and shredded Celery.
