About this Cocktail

A Drink for my Bars Whiskey Wednesday.

Ingredients:
  • 35ml Starward Australian whisky
  • 10ml Campari
  • 10ml Lemon juice
  • 15ml Grapefruit juice
  • 20ml homemade spiced pineapple syrup
  • 50ml Ginger ale
  • 2 dashes of Celery bitters
Preparation:

Shake all ingredients and strain into a Tankard. Top with Ginger ale and add cubed and crushed ice.
Garnish with a Dehydrated Grapefruit slice and shredded Celery.
