About this Cocktail
For my wife, who will take tequila over vodka any day.
1oz fresh coffee (must be good quality)
1oz Anejo Patron*
Combine ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker.
Shake vigorously (the more you shake, the more of a foamy head you end up with).
Double strain into a chilled martini glass.
For an added touch, finely grate a high grade dark chocolate and add three whole coffee beans on top to garnish.
*any gold tequila can be used - Epsolon Reposado also makes a fine choice.
