About this Cocktail

One of my drinks for the Sun Tavern's Whiskey Wednesday menu!

Ingredients:
  • 20ml Slane Irish Whiskey
  • 20ml Amontillado Sherry
  • 10ml Pierre Ferrand dry Curacao
  • 10ml Pedro Ximinez Sherry
  • 10ml Lemon juice
  • 10 Sugar syrup
  • 2 cubes of Pineapple
  • 1 Orange wedge
  • Peychaud's bitters
Preparation:

Muddle the Pineapple and squeeze the orange Wedge, build the rest of the ingredients and churn with Crushed ice. Add bitters to top of ice crown at the end.
