One of my drinks for the Sun Tavern's Whiskey Wednesday menu!
20ml Slane Irish Whiskey
20ml Amontillado Sherry
10ml Pierre Ferrand dry Curacao
10ml Pedro Ximinez Sherry
10ml Lemon juice
10 Sugar syrup
2 cubes of Pineapple
1 Orange wedge
Muddle the Pineapple and squeeze the orange Wedge, build the rest of the ingredients and churn with Crushed ice. Add bitters to top of ice crown at the end.
