About this Cocktail
Adapted from Bon Appetit. Similar to a Paloma, but I think the bitter Campari cuts the citrus to produce a more balanced cocktail.
2 oz El Tesoro tequila blanco
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz Campari
1/2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with grapefruit twist.
