A reshake from respected mixologist Lelabbo having had my attention drawn to it back in May with it’s light greenish hue. But wait! Mine is all orange! I used a pale blue Magellan gin from France 🇫🇷, but that shouldn’t affect the color. I saw that Paula @thebitterfairy asked about the color given the Chambord but here’s what I figured out: who cares? It may look different, but what it was, was mostly an incredible serve!
1 oz London Dry Gin (I used Magellan French gin for its incredible botanicals)
1/2 oz Cointreau
1 oz Pineapple 🍍 Juice
1/3 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon 🍋 Juice
Garnish Pineapple Fronds (I used Maraschino Cherries for a touch of color and sweetness)
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and add ice.
Shake vigorously until well chilled and double strain into a chilled rocks glass.
