Made this cocktail on a whim for a Rococo.co bling craft night
1/4oz Espinheira Ginja Liqueur
1/2oz fresh lemon juice
1/2oz lavender white pepper syrup*
Dash or two of Bar Keep Lavender Bitters
Combine in shaker with ice, shake, strain and pour into an appropriately fancy cocktail glass.
* for lavender white pepper syrup, throw a bunch of white pepper seeds and lavender seeds into water and boil for 10–15 minutes. Strain out solids then combine with equal parts sugar.
