1.5oz (45ml) Grey Goose vodka
.5oz (15ml) Aperol
.5oz (15ml) St Germain
.4oz (12.5ml) fresh lemon juice
.6oz (20ml) fresh red grapefruit juice
Passionfruit to garnish
Combine ingredients over ice in cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Double strain into chilled classic martini glass.
Float passion fruit flesh on top, add lemon twist and serve.
