Ingredients:

1oz homemade falernum, 1oz rhum Martinique ,.5 oz Giffard Caribbean Pineapple,

.5 oz lime juice, .25 oz orgeat, ginger beer , fresh mint.
Preparation:
Shake with ice everything except ginger beer and mint. Double strain into rocks glass, add fresh ice, top with ginger beer, garnish with fresh mint.
