This is my take on a sherry cobbler. Did it more like a julep but super refreshing and fun.
30 mL (1.0 Oz) Lustau Olorosso Sherry
22 mL (.75 Oz) Pineapple Juice
15 mL (.50 Oz) Lime Juice
15 mL (.50 Oz) Capaletti
4 Dashes Angostura Bitters
6-10 Mint Leaves
This drink can be swizzled like a mint julep or shaken. I shake this cocktail personally. Combine all ingredients to cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain cocktail over pebble ice in either a double rocks or preferably a julep cup. Garnish cocktail with mint sprig and powdered sugar.
