I picked up a bottle of Lillet Rose by mistake - I thought it was a blanc and didn't realize until I got home. So, what to do with it? Did a search and found this little gem on www.findeatdrink.com that my wife loves and is a perfect brunch or summer cocktail.
1) Muddle raspberries.
2) Combine ingredients and shake well.
3) Double strain up into a coupe glass.
4) Garnish with an edible poppy or a couple of raspberries.
