About this Cocktail
I wanted something light, summery, easy to drink, yet still bitter enough for my tastes.
Ingredients:

3/4oz gin (Tanqueray)

3/4oz Aperol

3/4oz lemon juice

1/4oz gentian liqueur (I used La gentiane des Pères Chartreux)

1 scant barspoon smoky Islay Scotch (Laphroaig being a good choice)
Preparation:
Combine ingredients over ice, top with soda water. Garnish with lemon twist.
