Summertime is in full swing so here's a cocktail to celebrate the sunshine!
Shake all ingredients in shaker tin, double strain(to remove solids) into iced filled Collins Glass. Garnish w/ Thyme Sprigs and Nectarine Slice.
Black Pepper-Infused Bourbon: Infuse 2 Tbsp of cracked Black Pepper Corns w/ 1 bottle of Bourbon in a large glass jar for 24hrs. Strain and store.
Nectarine Purée: In a food processor purée pitted Nectarines. (Don't over purée)
Honey-Thyme Syrup: Make a Honey Syrup using a 1:1 ratio Honey to Water. Heat and
stir to a boil. Remove from heat add a bunch
of Thyme to syrup (slapping Thyme first to
release oils) Cool, strain and store.
Orange Blossom Water: Can be found at
most Mediterranean Markets.
