Experimenting with Longan fruits~
1 oz Gin
.5 oz Brandy
.5 oz Palo Cortado Sherry
4 Muddled Longan
.5 oz Black Pepper Syrup
.5 oz Lemon Juice
Peel & pit longan fruits
Black Pepper Syrup:
1:1:.5 ratio sugar, h20, black pepper
Muddle longans, combine ingredients, shake, double strain, sip.
Glassware: Hurricane Glass
Garnish: 1 longan on twig and one longan, peeled and cut in half with exposed seed.
