About this Cocktail

Substitution Options:

1) Regular Blanc or Dry Vermouth for the Basil-Infused Blanc Vermouth
2) St. George’s Chile Vodka for the Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Mezcal
  • 1 oz Basil-Infused Blanc Vermouth
  • 0.5 oz Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur
Preparation:

Place all ingredients in a mixing glass.
Stir down to temperature.
Pour into a glass.
Garnish with a toasted jalapeño slice.

Optional: If It’s too spicy, drink it on the rocks.
