About this Cocktail

New cocktail at Fauna, Oakland by Douglas Bedford

Ingredients:
  • .75 peppercorn infused dry gin
  • .75 Lillet blanc
  • .75 lemon
  • .75 vanilla syrup
  • 3 dashes Peychaud's bitters
  • Yellow Chartreuse rinse
Preparation:

Build all ingredients in a shaker. Shake and strain into Chartreuse rinsed glass. Garnish with lemon peel

    Stuart, glad you liked it. It's 1/2 cup each pink and black peppercorns per liter for 36 hours
