Not too long ago, I found this on Chris’ @thejoyofdrinking feed — nearly at the same time, I came across a bottle of Malfy Arancia. So the stars aligned and gave me pause to have this as an Easter holiday pre-dinner cocktail.
1 1/2 oz Malfy Arancia Gin
1 oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
1/2 oz Torani Lavender Syrup
Club Soda (top up)
Lime slice garnish
Combine all ingredients (save the club soda) into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
Shake vigorously until well chilled and double strain into a chilled rocks glass over fresh ice.
