About this Cocktail

From a beautiful plate...

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 Oz of Pilar light rum
  • 1.5 Oz of freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 Oz of simple syrup
  • Small scoop of frozen mango sorbet
  • Granulated sugar for rimming
Preparation:

Rim glass with granulated sugar and place small scoop of mango sorbet in bottom of glass.

Combine ice, rum, syrup, and lime juice in a shaker and shake well.

Pour mixture into glass and serve with garnish.
