My favorite cocktail.
Can be made with bourbon too, but I much prefer rye.
2 parts Templeton Rye
1 part Sweet Vermouth
3 dashes Angustura Bitters
Maraschino Cherries for garnish
Chill rocks glass or coup by filling with ice & water
In a mixing glass, add ice, Rye, & Bitters.
Stir until cold. Empty serving glass, then strain cocktail into the glass and garnish with 2 Maraschino Cherries (Luxardo are wonderful) and serve.
