About this Cocktail

My numbers on the classic.

Ingredients:

• 2 oz rye
• 1/2 oz sweet vermouth (carpano antiqua is nice)
• 2 dashed angostura bitters
• orange twist

Preparation:

Stir rye, vermouth and bitters well. Express some orange oil and rim a martini glass with the twist. Strain stirred ingredients into glass and serve. I like to cut the twist right over the glass to capture the oil that comes from the cutting.
