About this Cocktail
Named for the silent actress of the same name & created in the 20's while in Cuba while traveling with Charlie Chaplin & Douglas Fairbanks. A tinge sweet, a tinge fruity and with a nice kick!
1.5 oz Barcardi Rum
1.0 oz Pineapple Juice
.25 oz Grenadine
1/16 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
2 or 3 Raspberries
Combine all but the Raspberries into a Shaker and add ice.
Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
Double strain into a chilled coupe or martini glasses.
Garnish with Raspberries.
