About this Cocktail

From PDT, NYC

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz Sombra Mezcal
  • 1 oz Homemade Ginger Beer
  • 0.75 oz Lime Juice
  • 0.75 oz Boiron Passion Fruit Purée
  • 0.5 oz Agave Nectar
  • 3 Cucumber Slices
  • Garnish: 1 Slice cucumber, Candied ginger and Chili Powder
Preparation:

Add cucumber slices and agave syrup to a mixing glass and muddle. Add all other ingredients, add ice and shake until chilled. Strain over ice into a chilled rocks glass. Garnish with a slice of cucumber, a piece of candied ginger and dust gently with chili powder.
