Classic Rickey made with mezcal.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz mezcal
- 1 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- soda water
Preparation:
All all ingredients to shaker (Except soda water) shake and strain over ice in Collins glass. Top with soda water.
