About this Cocktail

From “Shake” by Josh Williams and Eric Prum

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 10 spearmint leaves (plus some for garnish)
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice
  • One sugar cube
  • Crushed ice
Preparation:

Muddle mint, sugar cube, and lemon juice in shaker. Add bourbon and ice to shaker for 10 seconds. Pour into glass with crushed ice and serve with one mint spring for garnish.
