Wanted something with mint that I had in the fridge. Tasty and refreshing.
2oz peach street distillers goat artisan vodka
1/2 oz simple syrup
3/4 oz lemon juice
6 mint leaves
2 dashes fee brothers mint bitters
Fever tree bitter lemon tonic
Muddle mint with simple syrup, then add ice with vodka, lemon juice and mint bitters. Stir well and strain into a Collins glass with ice and top with lemon tonic. Stir well and garnish with a mint leaf.
